- Number of job seekers also increased as well.
- Combined effect = Unemployment rate up from 2.7% to 3.0%.
Average Sales Prices Down
Average Sales Price of Howard County Home is down from $465,700 in the 2nd Quarter to a 3rd Quarter number of $464,700.
Number of Homes Sold Down
3rd quarter numbers show a decline in the number of homes sold in Howard County. 2nd Quarter homes sold was 1052vs. 3rd Quarter of 747.
Other Howard County Market Trends
New Homes Built is up from 325 in the 2nd quarter to 344 for the third.
Average days on market for Howard County remained relevantly the same at 53 days.
